Ocean Azahara Playa is a low rise apartment complex situated in Los Cristianos, on the south west coast of Tenerife, a mere 15km from Tenerife South airport (€15 taxi fare). As the name suggests it was built to enjoy the views of Playa de las Vistas, created by soft, golden sand shipped from the Sahara dessert. Unlike many of the original volcanic black sand beaches, this blue flag golden beach is ideal for family swims and sunbathing.
The complex is a mere 150 metres from the beach. Nearby is a shopping centre with an excellent supermarket , delicatessen, fresh bread bakery and extensive fish counter. San Telmo is also nearby, a lively terraced district with many local tapas bars and restaurants with sea views, many of which have live music and dancing. Tenerife’s favourite Irish Bar ‘Mary Rogans’ has live music most nights till late and is a mere 10 minute stroll from the apartment. By day laze by the complexes beautiful private pool or relax on the balcony and watch the sun over the ocean and the boats go by into the little fishing harbor in Los Cristianos.
- This newly refurbished studio apartment has a fantastic full sea view and also looks onto the pool and Mount Chayofita.
- The apartment is fully fitted for all your needs, consisting of TV/DVD player and mini Hifi system (Guests are welcome to bring their own favorite DVDs and CDs). Also provided for your comfort are Hairdryer, Steam iron and ironing board and a washing machine.
- The newly refurbished bathroom contains WC, hand basin and a new walk in jet power shower.
- Two single beds are provided plus a double sofa bed to sleep a total of four.
- Kitchen area equipped with Toaster, Microwave, kettle, Fridge and a two-ring hob. All crockery, cutlery is provided.
- Your Balcony area consists of four chairs, and a table to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks watching the sun rise or set over Playa Las Vistas beach.
- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. No pets are allowed on the complex.
- Linen and towels our provided along with a welcome pack.
