Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is just 15 minutes from the Magic of the Disney Theme parks and our luxury “Executive Plus” 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully air conditioned villa with its own private pool is part of this development.
The layout of this spacious, and beautifully furnished vacation rental home cannot fail to captivate you. The villa has every modern convenience, and you will without doubt enjoy your vacation in our home so close to the Wonders of Disney and the many other attractions of the Orlando area.
The main living area is the centrepiece of this magnificent bungalow, with its vaulted ceiling. The fully equipped and cleverly designed kitchen is discreetly positioned in one corner adjacent to the breakfast nook. The spacious lounge with its comfortable suite creates a genial atmosphere in which to relax or watch a video, DVD or satellite TV if you should so wish. The separate dining room is easily accessed and is fully equipped for a more formal meal.
The bedrooms are situated in two “wings” at either side of the main living area, with a master bedroom in each wing. In one wing you will find a large master bedroom with a queen size bed, a satellite TV, a vaulted ceiling, direct access to the pool, a walk in wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with a sunken bath and a walk in shower and twin vanity units. There is also a twin bedroom in this wing with access to the master en suite (access can be closed off if required).
The other wing has a master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with twin vanity units. One of the two twin rooms in this wing can also be allowed access to the master en suite bathroom (again this can be closed off). The third bedroom in this wing, also a twin room is directly beside the pool bathroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished to a high standard and are beautifully decorated.
The 28ftX14ft electrically heated pool is carefully positioned in one corner of the large fully screened pool deck to allow plenty of space for use of the sun loungers. The pool area is not overlooked from the rear, and with significant plant growth around the deck perimeter, it is very private.
Highlands Reserve is situated on Highway 27 and is within easy reach of all the nighttime activities of the Orlando Area – and in just 5 minutes from the western end of Highway 192. The Disney theme parks are just 15 minutes drive away, and it takes 25 to reach Universal Studios, Water World and Sea World . Busch Gardens which are located in Tampa are less than one hours drive.
Orlando is situated in central Florida, and the both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are just over one hour away. This journey is well worthwhile just to spend a day on the magnificient beaches such as St. Petersburgh.
A visit to Florida cannot be complete without visiting the Kennedy Space Centre - a must for adults and children. Keep an eye on local press and TV for launch dates – a spectacle not to be missed.
Highlands Reserve has its own championship golf course, and there are many other golf courses such as Southern Dunes all within easy reach. If tennis is your game – there is a tennis court available on site.
Orlando is a shoppers paradise. Highway 192 is lined with hundreds of brightly lit shops selling souvenirs. There are several Outlet Malls like Florida Mall. and Belz Plaza less than thirty minute away. These shopping malls will easily eat up a full day as the many bargains available are irresistible.
Just five minutes from Celtic Retreat there is a small shopping center with several shops including a Publix (the Florida equivalent of Tesco) for all food items.
